These pastries taste heavenly! Small and very tender, we make them one by one by hand around a table filled with laughter and non-stop work. The product has as many processes as it has layers. All the work is worth it in the end: we get to the sweet potato center and a touch of egg yolk of this 40g treat and smile when we notice the tenderness with which they were made. The good news is that we can repeat it 12 times (we sell it in boxes of 12 units).
