Terronico or Alegría Nougat

We only make this nougat in a 310g bar format because we care about your health… it’s so addictive that you could easily eat it all in one sitting. We prepare it in two crispy sheets packaged together so you can break it by hand. The caramel and honey stand out above the toasted almonds.

The younger sibling of guirlache nougat, it is distinguished by its touch of alegría, sesame seeds, or ajonjolí.

Ingredients: Marcona almond with toasted skin, honey, sugar, and wafer (potato starch and sunflower oil).
